WHO OPERATES THIS SERVICE This notice describes the built-in features of City Autos. Operator and contact details appear below. DRIVER AND VEHICLE INFORMATION Registration and later verification may include driver/listing name, role (driver or owner), mobile number, owner name and mobile number, registration and chassis numbers, fuel type, requested and assigned stand, city, taluk, district and state. We use these details to review requests, manage listings, resolve duplicates, assign stands and contact registrants. Working hours, availability and verification history support listing management. Approved visible listings expose the listing name and calling number to passengers. Vehicle, owner and other verification details are used by authorised administrators; they are not all displayed on the standard passenger listing. Administrators can import and export records. Optional driver accounts hold login credentials in hashed form and may contain support requests and messages. Registration alone does not create an account. VISITORS, SECURITY AND ANALYTICS The application uses session cookies, browser/device request information, visitor identifiers and hashed network identifiers for sessions, abuse prevention and call/ad interaction statistics. Favourites are stored in your browser. Call statistics measure button activity, not recorded calls or confirmed rides. Hosting providers may separately retain server access logs, including IP addresses. LOCATION The built-in sharing feature requests location only after you choose to share it and grant device permission. Coordinates are used in your browser to compose a map link and message for your chosen recipient. This feature does not submit coordinates to the application's registration database. WhatsApp, SMS, map providers and recipients process information under their own practices. You can deny permission or change it in device settings. EXTERNAL CONTENT Enabled advertisements, YouTube videos, radio players, fonts, embedded websites and custom scripts can contact external providers, revealing request information such as your IP address and browser details. Those providers may use cookies or other storage. Administrators should update this notice to identify providers actually enabled on this installation. RETENTION AND ACCESS Registration information is retained for listing administration until removed or no longer needed. Call and advertisement analytics use the configured retention period when scheduled maintenance runs. Security records, support records, hosting logs and backups may have different retention periods. Deleted live records can remain in older backups until those backups expire or are removed. Access is restricted to authorised operators and service providers as needed; disclosures may also be required by law. YOUR REQUESTS Contact the operator to request access, correction, removal, withdrawal of an optional permission or to raise a privacy concern. Include enough information to identify your record, but do not send passwords. Identity or authority may need verification. Removing listing information may prevent the listing from being provided. Applicable legal rights and complaint routes remain available. CHILDREN AND CHANGES Driver registration is intended for people legally eligible to operate an auto. Do not submit children's personal details; contact the operator if such information has been submitted. Changes to data practices should be reflected in this notice and its revision date.
