USING THE DIRECTORY City Autos helps you find and contact auto drivers. It does not confirm a booking or provide the ride itself. A call button opens your device dialer; a click does not prove that a call connected or a ride occurred. BEFORE YOU TRAVEL Confirm the driver's identity, vehicle, availability, destination and fare directly before travelling. A displayed listing or verification status is not a guarantee of safety, suitability or current availability. Use your own judgement and comply with applicable laws. RESPONSIBLE USE Do not make nuisance calls, impersonate others, scrape contact information for unsolicited marketing, interfere with the application or use it for fraud or harassment. LOCATION SHARING Location sharing is optional and requires device permission. Review the message and choose your recipient in WhatsApp or SMS. Sending is handled by your device or the selected service. The directory does not automatically send your location to an emergency number. EMERGENCY INFORMATION Emergency contacts and nearby-service links are provided for convenience. Availability and accuracy may change. For urgent assistance, contact the appropriate emergency service directly. Do not rely on the directory as an emergency dispatch service. ADVERTISEMENTS AND EXTERNAL SERVICES Advertisements, maps, videos, radio players and linked websites are supplied by third parties. Their own terms apply. A listing or advertisement is not a guarantee or endorsement. Telephone, mobile data and third-party charges may apply.
